1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "User") and Star77 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "We"). 2 User Eligibility

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at star77. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and mobile number. False or inaccurate information may result in failed KYC verification and suspension of winnings withdrawals.

• Account passwords are the member's sole responsibility. Use a strong and unique password.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Report any unauthorized access to the star77 support team immediately.
• Update your profile information whenever changes occur, especially your phone number and email.
• KYC verification (identity verification) is required before the first withdrawal is processed.

Star77 is not liable for any losses resulting from a member's failure to keep their account information secure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Star77 supports a variety of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysia members, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers. All deposits are processed securely through a fully encrypted payment system.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
• All deposits must come from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits from third parties, loans, or another person's credit card are prohibited.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for standard bank transfers.

• Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on the method and bank involved.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards Program

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met within the specified time period. After the expiry date, unused bonuses will expire automatically.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed after a round has ended.

7 Sports Betting and Special Rules

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the star77 platform. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of account balance:

• Opening more than one account or helping another individual open multiple accounts.
• Using false registration information or another person's identity.
• Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated tools while playing or placing bets.
• Colluding with other players or dealers to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.
• Engaging in money laundering activities or transferring funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or placing blame on star77 customer support staff.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

Star77 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Failed KYC verification or false information discovered.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the member.
• Suspicious activity that may involve fraud or money laundering.
• Legal rulings or directives from relevant authorities.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the star77 customer support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the member.

10 Liability Limits and Disclaimer
